Systemic Coaching Constellation work is carried out in a group. In a preliminary solution-focused conversation, coach and client define which aspects of the client’s issue are essential to achieve the desired goal.

As a next step, the issue’s structure is illustrated with the help of selected representatives: 

The client chooses representatives for his issue’s components and places them intuitively at different places in the room.

The representatives’ feedback about what each of them perceives in relationship to others illustrate the underlying and previously hidden dynamics and interdependencies of the system.

This process offers the client new perspectives and options to deal with the situation in order to accomplish their defined goal. 

To respect clients’ confidentiality, both the solution-focused conversation and the constellation itself can be carried out "blind", without revealing any details of the client’s issue.
